Supporting young men in their journey to long-term recovery and life success
Chapter House specializes in young adult male population, providing structure and life skills necessary for long-term success. We use a wide variety of recovery curriculum for our residents, including finance, nutrition, physical wellness, time management, as well as career and college preparation and coaching. These skills are essential for young adult men, particularly those aged 18 to 25 years old. Alongside life development, we offer an excellent clinical program facilitated by Chapter House Counseling, which includes group, individual, and psychiatric involvement. This continuity of care allows men coming out of primary treatment to continue the important therapeutic work started by the treatment center, ensuring a smoother transition into life while maintaining successful recovery.
Some of the benefits of choosing our young adult sober living house in Dallas, TX, include our dedicated staff. Our team consists of individuals who have achieved sobriety at a young age, (REMOVE most between 21 and 25 years old). This personal experience allows us to empathize with and understand the challenges of being young in recovery.
This firsthand experience informs our life development programming, which is centered on the challenges of early sobriety and the tools needed to overcome them. We prepare young men for these challenges and, more importantly, walk through them together as they arise.
We also understand the importance of having fun in recovery. Sobriety doesn't have to be boring. Our facility features a fully stocked game room, swimming pool, and we conduct off-site activities including professional sporting events, adventure outings, and community service commitments. As stated in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, "We aren’t a glum lot!" (pg. 132, AA).
Choose Chapter House for a supportive, engaging, and effective recovery experience tailored specifically for young adult men.
